IT support from idea to outcome
Your ally in IT projects —
working entirely in your interest.
Decisions made blind: unclear timelines, mixed signals from teams and vendors, no data to compare. I take the buyer side — translate the complexity into business decisions, surface the risks you don't yet see.
Engagement formats
Three ways to get a problem solved.
Depending on the stage you're at and what you need right now — we pick the format that actually fits your situation.
AI Readiness Audit
from $1,000 · 5-14 days
An independent read on a vibe-coded prototype, a vendor proposal on your desk, or an AI feature that stopped working. Before you commit more capital — a structured review.
Learn more →Discovery
from $4,000 · 2-8 weeks
Discovery Sprint for non-technical founders: from idea to a complete product brief, realistic budget, and shortlist of right vendors.
Learn more →Project Recovery
from $2,500/month · retainer
Project lost momentum, vendor unresponsive, budget draining without visible progress. Structured recovery with a clear plan for what comes next.

Who I am
I see the hidden risks before they bite.
I'm Taras Smaliukh — CEO and CPO of TreximAI (a B2B AI logistics platform) and founder of Ascend Griffin. 8 years of business analysis and product ownership across AI products, logistics, fintech, and B2B SaaS.
My strength is reading an IT project as a whole system and spotting the risks others miss. Scope, estimates, product decisions, technical assumptions that sound convincing but don't hold under pressure.
I'm not the developer on your project — but I understand architecture well and work fluently with modern AI tools. I can assemble a quick prototype or cover a small piece of functionality myself to test a hypothesis. When it needs to scale, we bring in a tech team — yours, if you already have one; or vetted specialists I've worked with before. That's the normal way I work today.
How I work
Five principles, no surprises.
The contract before the contract. Every engagement — Audit, Discovery, Project Support — runs on these five rules. If any of them is a dealbreaker, better we both know now.
- 01Always on your side — my recommendations serve your interest.
- 02Price fixed before work starts. No quiet "oh, this will be a bit more."
- 03Discovery first, always. If I'm not the right read — I'll say so.
- 04I leave a documented trail — every decision in writing.
- 05I work to the plan, not to the clock. No work-for-the-sake-of-work.
